What Your Ticket Includes
Every ticket gives you access to both days of Megacampus Summit, 20–21 November 2026, at Coca-Cola Arena. Platinum includes an armchair in front of the stage with seat selection, the after-party, the Platinum Lounge, an autograph and photo session and a gala dinner with speakers. VIP includes a seat in the VIP sector with seat selection and the after-party. Standard and Light include a seat in the 2nd and 3rd tier.
Age Recommendations
Admission is 16+ only. A valid photo ID may be requested at the entrance, so keep your ID card or passport with you.
Best Time to Attend
Doors open at 09:00 each day and the programme starts at 10:00, so arrive early to get through entry smoothly and take your seat before the show begins. The order of talks is kept under wraps until closer to the event, so plan to stay for the full day.
Facilities
Coca-Cola Arena has a food court with a wide selection of dishes, and the programme includes a 1.5-hour lunch break. Platinum guests have access to the Platinum Lounge with premium catering.

By car: Coca-Cola Arena is located in the City Walk area and is easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road. Take Exit 47 towards Al Safa Street and follow the signs for City Walk. GPS navigation is highly advised.
By metro: Take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station, then continue to Coca-Cola Arena in City Walk.
By taxi: You can easily reach the venue by taxi or a ride-hailing app — Coca-Cola Arena is a well-known destination for most drivers.
Your ticket: On your phone — e-tickets are sent 2 days before the event and scanned at the door.
Valid photo ID: Admission is 16+, so keep your ID card or passport with you in case it is requested.
A charged phone or a notebook: The programme runs from 10:00 to 19:00 on both days, and there is a lot worth writing down.
There is no dress code listed for the summit. Comfortable smart-casual clothes work well for two full days of master classes and networking.
